Liberty in flowers
Monday, August 10th, 2009Liberty of London is my absolutely favorite shop in the world. Today I strolled down Carnaby Street during my lunch break and saw the shop covered with flowers. It is to do with Prints Charming exhibition celebrating the Liberty prints, old and new. The shop commissioned few people to design new patterns like the artist Grayson Perry and wallpaper designer Meg Mathews, and is also showing old collaborations with A.P.C., Opening Ceremony, Cacharel and Kate Moss for Topshop to name a few.
There is a wonderful selection of accessories to buy, my favorite is the coastal town pattern notebook.
