I decided to make a new regular feature, the title sounds strangely familiar so if I have nicked someone’s name please scream!
With The Newsroom over I am still obsessing about all the shirts Emily Mortimer’s character wore. I call it the MacKenzie shirt. Here is a small selection of nicely made good quality shirts perfect for work and weekend, I love how we never see the bottom part of Mac’s outfits because it’s always a black pencil skirt or black trousers, she always looks chic and professional and most importantly comfortable.

You have to be kidding me, I could have written this post word for word myself! I adore The Newsroom and every episode made a mental note about how awesome Mac’s shirts were!! That’s so funny! She did have a great wardrobe, totally believable for her character. Her freak out when the building lost power and she gave that impassioned, rally-the-troops speech just killed me. Love her. I haven’t seen the finale yet (I know, right?! Boyfriend was traveling when it aired and begged me to wait for him to watch it together, so hopefully we’ll catch up this weekend). I love the polka dot one. Awesome new feature! I do something similar called the Friday Five, but I don’t have a monopoly on alliteration! Loving the new series so far :)
