Apologies for the silence but I am just about to go on maternity leave, 1.5 days to go so work has been busy. I was supposed to finish last week but decided that as I feel great I wouldn’t mind coming in for a little bit longer.
It doesn’t help that my house is a building site, all the improvements we’ve done are not very visual, all the exciting stuff will start happening now with bathroom being done over the next week and I swear I cannot wait for it!!
Another issue I have is lack of Internet at home, Talk Talk takes 3 weeks to move a phone line and another 10 days to switch the broadband button on! I thought it’s 2010 and they would have a faster solution sorted by now.
So apart from supervising builders I have all sort of plans like Christmas shopping, midwife appointments (3 weeks to the due date and last week he was still breech), baby shopping and fun with freelance friends.
I cannot wait to be back and start doing normal posts.
Am missing your posts, but it sounds like you’ve plenty to keep you occupied. Hope you’re feeling well and best wishes for the next 3 (or however long!!!) weeks. X

Louise: thank you! as for Christmas gifts I have gone crazy for the heat tech stuff at Uniqlo, especially for the skiers. and Muji does very warm non expensive slippers
